‘Speak too soon’ is a suitable way of describing an astrologer according to my point of view. I completely believe in astrology but not an astrologer. Till now whatsoever they had predicted was ‘contradictory’ to that happened in my life. Imagine, a person prepared for something and opposite to that happens! Really it will Blow one’s mind!! Same happened to me too! Do astrology has turned to business for astrologers???
Now, let us see what is astrology?? It is a study of the influence that distant cosmic objects, usually stars and planets have on human lives. The position of the sun, moon, and planets at the time of people’s birth (not at the time of conception) is said to shape their personality, predict their economic fortunes, married life, etc. An astrologer is the one who predicts the future by the positions of planets, sun, and moon usually based on special knowledge. Now coming to my personal experience, two years back when I was 16 years of age, I went to an astrologer with lots of hope to ask about my career, I just wanted to know what life has stored for me. He told me that at the age of 18 I’ll going to have a very bright future. He predicted that I’ll going to be among the toppers in my school in the 12th standard. By listening to his prediction, I was so happy, jumping with joy. I paid him handsomely and then I left. Fingers crossed when my 12th boards result was out, I was shocked to see the result. Guess what would have happened?? I was not among the toppers of my school though I scored a decent percentage, of course, I wasn’t among the toppers. Remembered what was his prediction? This is not what you paid him for. His prediction was wrong. And, this is precisely where the problem comes. This is exactly the point I wanted to tell you all. We are paying astrologers a hefty amount for the predictions that they provide! Why we cannot get our money back?? For them, other person’s life is like a joke.
CONCLUSION
In reality, no one can predict our future except God. From then I never trusted any astrologer. But exceptions are always there. Maybe there are few astrologers whose predictions may go right, but till now I haven’t met any such astrologer. Suppose even if his predictions go right, still, you can’t change it, you can just be mentally prepared for it. So won’t it be better if you remain mentally prepared anyways??
