Masala Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • oil- 4 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds

  • Garlic-1

  • Onions- 1

  • Veggies

  • Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp 

  • Cumin powder- 1/2 tbsp

  • Dry mango powder (amchur)- 1/2 tbsp

  • Chili powder- 1 tbsp

  • Garam masala- 1 tbsp

  • Water

  • Oats

  • Salt- 1 tbsp  



Directions 

  • Take oil in a pan and flavoured the warm oil with fennel seeds and garlic.

  • Put onions and vegetables and saute it.

  • Then, add turmeric powder and some more spices for flavouring and spiced it up with chilli powder and garam masala.

  • Afterwards, add water, oats and salt. Cook, it covered until oats thickened. So, masala oats are ready.

  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy a warm bowl of deliciousness.
