10-12 Strawberries (chopped and frozen)
1 Banana (Peeled, chopped and frozen)
1/2 cup Pineapple (Peeled, chopped and frozen)
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk
Place all ingredients into your blender, and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
You may need to adjust the amount of water you add to get the consistency just right.
